FOOD SUPPLEMENT WITH LACTASE:

*Lactase enzyme improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose. Lactose intolerance is one of the most frequent food intolerances. Many foods contain lactose by nature. For the processing of lactose the body uses the natural enzyme lactase, which splits the lactose into its components (glucose and galactose). In case of a lactose intolerance (relative or absolute lactase deficiency), the body produces too little or no lactase. Thus, the undigested lactose arrives at the deeper parts of the intestine and is there decomposed by intestinal bacteria. This process then leads to typical symptoms such as digestive problems and flatulence.

Recommended Intake:

Take 1 tablet with liquid during or before every meal. Depending on the severity of the lactose intolerance and the lactose content in the meal, the dosage has to be tested and adjusted individually. Affected persons should inform themselves on the function of the substance in their diet, due to differences in terms of the degree of lactose intolerance.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy way of living.
