Beta-carotene is a vegetable carotenoid, which can be converted into vitamin A by the body. *Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Calcium has a role in the process of cell division and specialisation.

Recommended Intake:

Drink one tablet dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml) per day. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy way of living.
