  • Recommended intake

    Adults: Take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, preferably with meal or open the capsule and spread it on yogurt or cereals. It can be used for long period without interruption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. 

    Pregnant women should only take the supplement after prior approval by a medical doctor or other health care professional.
