  • Recommended intake
    • Children from 4 years of age: 5 ml per day
    • Children from 10 years of age and adults: 10 ml per day
    • Pregnant women: 20 ml per day; Nursing women: 15 ml per day

    Shoud be taken in the morning or immediately before one of the meals at best. Use the measuring cap for a preferably exact dosage. The recommended daily intake indicated should not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy way of living. The intake of further iron-rich food supplements is not necessary.

    Keep out of the reach of young children. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above 25 °C. Refrigerate after opening.
